Unable to Start/Stop Virtual machines

Hi,

I am running into an error starting and stopping Virtual machines within Windows Azure. I presently am using an MSDN subscription account. I have two virtual machines presently running and when I tried to start a third virtual machine I received the error"The server encountered an internal error. Please retry the request". The operation ID is dcc2262e-541e-c30a-972f-5a4b91ac1807. I have tried this several times with similar results but different operation ID's.

Further, I am now unable to shutdown the two virtual machines I do have running. The operation ID associated with one of the attempts is e4c34aec-ae57-c7db-9a41-abe086c273fe.

The only operation I was able to achieve was to restart one of the virtual machines. However after I restarted it, I was unable to stop it.

At this point I have two virtual machines running and no way to stop them. I am behind a firewall and am unable to use powershell commands so am using the Azure portal to perform the operations. I will attempt to use powershell commands later when the firewall is out of the picture.

Please advise. The virtual machines have been running without error for weeks now and it is only today that I have started to have these issues.

One difference from yesterday is that I added a net new virtual machine and now my subscription is at capacity in terms of the number of cores allocated. I was unable to resize the new vm and/or remove it to reduce my cores.
