For upcoming August maintenance, how do I know which half of maintenance my application is going to be in?

They are deployed in US South Central, but we don't know which half of the maintenance they will be in, we need to notify our own user community with exact downtime window, so could you help us here? Is it scheduled on Aug 1 or Aug 2?
