sample for Publish-AzurePlatformExtension

Hi!

I saw the new additions to the 0.8.4 version of the API and saw the publish/unpublish cmdlets for Azure VM Extensions.

Is that possible now to provision a custom agent from my own blob storage which is private to my azure account to VMs within the same account?

I saw the Internal flag for this publish cmdlet. Could you please give some pointers on its usage or the possibilities? We'd like to use it as a mechanism to deploy private stuff to our VMs.
