Creating a VM using existing disks from prior VM

We created a VM with ExtraLarge image and installed MS Sql Server. We then discovered we could not assigned a ReservedIP address to an existing VM, so we deleted the VM and saved the disks (C:, D:, and F: (for database). The Cloud Service is still present.

We want to create a new VM, assign the ReservedIP, and use the original C:, D:, and F: drives.

We have created the ReservedIP and have taken care of the subscription details.

We understand we use an Azure cmdlet(s) to do this, but we're not clear on all the parameters.
