Azure Virtual Machine PORT 25 SMTP, 110 POP not working

Hi,

I Have a Virtual Machine that i want to run email server. 

So i open PORT 80 for webmail client and looks ok.

Now i open SMTP 25 Port on Azure Portal and looks ok. But when i do telnet to then nothing is respond. 

"Connection failed: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond xx.xx.x.xxx:25"

Please help me!
