Need Public URL to access a web App deployed on a Azure VM

Hi,

Have provisioned a SQL Server VM on Azure using the SQL sever 2012 image available.
On that VM, I have restored my local database and also deployed my Web app code after configuring IIS.

When I browse the app, on the same machine i.e. on the Azure VM,all works fine.

How do I go about creating a public URL to access my web app deployed on Azure?
