charge of virtual machines if deploying a couple of sub directories

Hi experts,

I have an MSDN professional account. Every month, I can have 30*24 free hours for Azure websites. i.e. if only 1 website, can run everyday. If 2 websites, can only run half of month together. 

Now, I requested a virtual machine, and deploy my website there. My question:

1. how many free hours I can be granted for virtual machine. Is it 30*24 hours as well?

2. If I deploy a couple of sub directories in the website such as mysite/demo1, myseit/demio2,   will theyshare the free hour together, or Azure will still look them as one instance?
