One of our Azure VMs (we have 18 of them) suddenly stopped being accessible from outside the Azure network. We cannot remote into the VM via RDP and we cannot connect to any of the web services exposed on that VM.
However, we can remote in from another VM within the Azure network.
I have restarted, I have shut down and started up and I have tried waiting since Friday, almost 72 hours. I have also tried to reconfigure the RDP endpoint with a different Public Port. None of these have made any difference
Please help resolving this issue, we have clients urgently needing to use the services on this VM.
