Hello,
I'm currently evaluating several cloud solutions for our development and I was surprised to see that there is no VM image which has SQL Server 2012 on Windows Server 2012 machine (see screenshot from Azure VM management screen - all SQL2012s are on W2K8 R2 servers)
This doesn't sound reasonable to me. Even on Amazon AWS - there's such an image. Am I missing something?
