Hello.
We have purchased the standard support subscription for Azure Support last month. We pay £190 per month for this service. I believe that as part of this service we can log technical queries. From within our Standard Support Subscription when I try to log a support question I can only select 'Billing' from the Support Type dropdown list. Is this an issue with our account - I am right in thinking we should be able to log technical queries? else I don't think there is much benefit for our business to continue with this subscription as it is a costly service.
I have tried three attempts to get this resolved talking to various support channels but nobody seems able to help. Has anyone else got this problem? Am I doing something wrong? Or do we not get technical support with our subscription?
