Good afternoon all, I run a small Managed Service Provider in the UK and we are looking at ways of offering our customer base a complete hosted desktop service, to remove their need for local infrastructure.
However I am finding Azure pricing and models a little complex to understand and wondered if anyone can answer a few questions for me.
Lets say for example we have this client:
13 x users
13 x Office 2013
5 x Sage Accounts
100Gb of Data (Word/Excel/Sage Databases)
13 x Email user (using Office 365 Exchange Online)
What do we actually need to provision for this company?
13 x VM's ?
13 x RDS SPLA Licenses ?
13 x Office SPLA Licenses ?
1 x AD Server ?
What is the cost for this? Assuming the client machines are all to be 2GB of RAM
I realise this is pretty basic info, but let me know what I need to find out/think about. If possible I would like to work this theoretical scenario out fully.
p.s. why does no one answer the Azure support line? I have called every day for a week with no answer and no call backs when I leave messages.
