Advancing system clock for testing time based scenarios

I need to create an environment which will allow for testing time based scenarios.

Once of which is to advance the system clock for 30, 60, and 90 days.

Is this possible on Azure?

My environment will have a SQL, a number of business logic servers and number of presentation servers.
