I have restarted a VM (working as a Domain Controller) in Azure environment, after restart it was not able to identify the active network. When I checked with TCP/IPv4 properties, I found that settings for IP address and DNS address for the machines were changed to 'obtain an IP address automatically'.
So I have manually set-up the IP address and DNS address for this machine (same as it had before restart). Just after that my connection was lost and I am not able to connect to the VM.
On Azure console it is showing the status of VM as running, I have tried to restart the VM from there also. But I am still not able to connect to the VM.
Please help.
