On 2 occasions we've had the same VM become unresponsive. HTTP and RDP appear to hang. Requesting a restart through the portal appears to hang for some considerable time too and only shutting down via the portal will get us going again.
There is no clue in the Event Log as to what happened, aside from an entry saying the previous shutdown was unexpected once back up.
Can you please help and perhaps advise what we can do the next time this happens to diagnose it?
