Remote connection to SSAS on Azure VM

Hi,

I am trying to establish a remote connection to SSAS cubes on an Azure VM for Excel, and SSRS. I have followed the points in this thread:

Windows Azure Platform>

Windows Azure – CTPs, Betas & Labs Forums>

Windows Azure Virtual Machines for SQL Server>

Dss: Azure VM SSAS 2012 remote access

 and I am now able to connect to SSAS using the http address whilst on the VM itself in Management Studio. However, if I try to use the same address from my laptop I get the following error:

               Cannot connect to http://xxxxxxx.cloudapp.net/OLAP/msmdpump.dll

               The connection either timed out or was lost. (Microsoft.AnalysisServices.AdomdClient)

               The remote server returned an error: (504) Gateway Timeout. (System)

 Can anyone offer me any assistance?
