Scenario: Windows 2012 Virtual Machine with .Net Applications hosted in IIS. The application connects to external web services deployed in servers outside US(Latam) through http. The same application is deployed in Windows Azure and Amazon.
Problem: The Azure instances have a lots of communications related Exceptions. Using TcpPing We tested the connection to the webserver (using booth the IP and domain), and get an average of 23% probes failed. The same test in Amazon gets zero errors.
Any suggestions?
