Azure VM unexpected shutdown

My vm has been randomly shutting itself off 1 to 2 times a day for the past week.  Any help is appreciated.  

I found this message in the event log.

The process C:\Windows\system32\svchost.exe (VM-SPDEV) has initiated the shutdown of computer VM-SPDEV on behalf of user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM for the following reason: Other (Planned)
 Reason Code: 0x80000000
 Shutdown Type: shutdown
 Comment: 

I've seen a few other questions on this so here is extra information requested
