Changing my MSDN subscription

Hi. 

I'm changing my MSDN subscription from a Visual Studio Ultimate with MSDN to a Visual Studio Premium with MSDN.

When I do the change does I lose my Azure VMs and databases? I know the "free" amount is going from $150 to $100, but is this the only change in the Azure environment? This is a downgrade of my account.
