Overlapping/mosaic text white space

Hi, when I'm connecting (RDP) to a virtual machine in Azure, I'm having problem with blank space in every Windows in Windows Server 2012. I have some part of text arranged like a mosaic. The problem is happening in Explorer, Notepad, non Windows software, etc. I did a capture of a blank document in Notepad.

The problem is very random, I didn't have it this afternoon and now I have it.
