Ive been on hold for two hours to then be hung up on. (Because we tried to call Microsoft Support) Do you have any idea what its like to be "waiting" for nothing.
We have a VM which won't start, won't shut down, wont respond.
We would normally turn it off. But someone made the wise decision to move our dev stuff to azure.
What should we do now?
