I have two separate Standard instances (Ubuntu A0 and Ubuntu A1). I am trying to convert them into basic instances of the same size but it is failing repeatedly with the error:
"The server encountered an internal error. Please retry the request. The long running operation tracking ID was: ..."
I have also tried changing sizes - tried to convert the Standard A1 into a Basic A2 and so forth but no luck. This has been failing for me for more than 3 days now! Any ideas?
