Microsoft Dynamics NAV in Azure

I just wanted to check if Microsoft Dynamics NAV instance is available in Windows Azure Virtual machine instance. 
I read an article saying it is available but when I checked the VM instances in management portal, I couldn't see one for Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Please reply to the below queries.

1) If it is not available by when it will be available in Azure?

2) Can we setup Microsoft Dynamics NAV in a Windows Server 2008 R2 VM instance in Azure?

3) Currently we have the licenses for Microsoft Dynamics 2009 (on-premise). Can this be transferred to a cloud VM? If so what are the regulations and agreements by Microsoft?
