Linux VM - SSH connection refused

Hi, 

After upgrading Ubuntu LTS, VM became unresponsible.

ssh: connect to host sf-web1.cloudapp.net port 59537: Connection refused
Tried to restart the vm, it is in running state, but i get Connection refused for ssh.Http, ftp is not working either.

Any idea?
