Hi experts,
We've had two Azure VMs built on Ubuntu 13.10 which have lost their SSH connectivity, without any apparent changes having been made to their configuration. I rebuilt the first one as it was straight-forward to do, however the second one would require a lot of re-configuration, so I'd rather recover it if possible.
I know the machine is still up as a web server running on it is operating ok, however either the SSH daemon has died or something is blocking access to this port. (I've tried deleting and re-adding the endpoint, but it didn't make any difference)
Without SSH connectivity to an Azure Linux machine, can anyone suggest any ways of diagnosing the problem, or do I just need to rebuild my server and hope this doesn't happen again?
Thanks,
Sean
