Bizspark Subsription and SQL VMs worth 1500hrs

Hello,

I just found that Bizspark subscription is eligible for 1500hrs of SQL VMs(web, standard and enterprise)

1) Does that mean Bizspark subscriptions are eligible for these 1500 hrs apart from 1500hrs of Compute services? 

2) When we create a SQL VM, can we choose web, standard or enterprise or the bizspark subscription is limited to some. 

3) How is hours calculated for Web, Standard and enterpise (in context to Bizspark subscription)? So essentially in 1500 hrs of SQL VM, what can editions can we run and for how long without incurring additional cost?
