Website - Monitor perfomance - Could not retrieve the settings for endpoint monitoring.: InternalError

I receive "Could not retrieve the settings for endpoint monitoring.: InternalError" when select 24 hours from Azure Monitor tab. Seems fine when I choose 7 days.

Also receive

An operation to retrieve metrics could not be completed within the permitted time. Retry the operation.

Any ideas what is going wrong?
