I try to make an extermal connection to SQL server 2012 on AZURE-VM 2012.
I get the error: provider: (Named Pipes Provider, error: 40- Could not open a connection to SQL Server)
Please, can you help me with a list of all the steps I have to made to create such an extrnal connetion to SQL Sever?
