I ebooted the machine due to release memory.
Once it was back up as indicated by the portal I tried to remote desktop (was working from the start) and it just can't connect.
Online chat representative asked me to log a techincal ticket which costs money.
This is ludicrous, I am already paying for the service and I can't even connect to it in anyway and they want me to pay for support.
Anybody can assist?
