Since Saturday (after maintenance) that we lost access to our virtual machine. It happened before with another one but at that time we started a new one. This time is a big problem because we can't loose our disk data.
Info:
- CentOS
- SSH access only on port 70
We have tried:
- Restart / Shutdown + start Nothing
- Change size Nothing
- delete all ports and restart, create ports again and restart. Nothing
- delete VM , keep disk. Create new one using the saved disk, create the ports needed. Nothing
The response is always time out. If we add the port 22 (default), and try to connect, it says refused (as expected), but the other ports added (we've tried many !=70 ) it is always timeout like it was never created.
We need to solve this urgent, do you have any tips? We already found similar threads, tried all the suggested but nothing solved.
