No RDP possible after reboot of VM

Hi,

I see a lot of different posts about this, but none seem to give me a satisfying answer.

I have a Virtual Machine running Windows server 2012, and yesterdayevening I shut it down. Everything was fine, I didn't install anything on it. This morning I turned it back on, but since that time Im not able to remotely connect to it at all.

This strikes me as very odd, since I did nothing at all that could have caused this.

I'm not a powershell expert, so I don't know anything about config files or whatsoever. But yes the endpoints are ok for RDP (default settings, worked before).
And no it is not my local PC, since it can connect to another VM (and I checked on a different PC as well; no antivirus stuff).

Anyone an idea?

How can I check for example the status of the machine through powershell?
