Can't Ping from One Server to Another

Hi Corey,

We have two VM, Windows Server 2012, on two different cloud services.  I can't seem to be able to ping (i.e. ping {server IP}) one server VM from the other.  I initially tried pinging by name, and the name resolved with an IP, but the ping timed out.  I even tried the IP address directly, but the same time out occurs.  Shouldn't I be able to do this, even though they are on different cloud services?  Do you have any ideas?  Please let me know.  Thanks.
