unable to access xxx.cloudapp.net,endpoints configured, installed apache in centos

 have installed apache in Centos VM and configured Endpoints for  

HTTP->tcp->80  

Not able to access the apache's test page with xxx.cloudapp.net or Virtual IP for that matter.

i have searching a solution from two days but wherever i see, install LAMP  or apache, and point your browser to DNS.cloudapp.net and it should be working. 

NOT working in my case. I checked my ports are open 80 and 8080. 

any help would be appreciated.
