Our linux virtual machines which run our website powered down last night as we reached our monthly credit limit. We added credit and changed the billing to no limit to stop our site dropping off again. The virtual machines have been restarted and the portal says everything restarted, powered up and working fine but we cannot get onto the website.
We tried ringing customer service to report a fault with the virtual machine but were told we have to report the fault on the community forum. If there is an moderator on the forum, could you please respond ASAP as we are unwilling to pay to report a fault with Azure - we are not looking for developer support, we are simply looking to report a fault. Our site has now been down for 12 hours. Out of all the platforms we have ever used, we never had to pay to report a fault and are ready to give up on Azure completely.
