Only two of three VMs in a cloud service s tarting

Hi,

I have 3 VMs. 2 Windows and 1 CentOS. All in same cloud service.

Yesterday evening, all VMs were working fine. I had stopped all of them in previous evening. However, today, I am NOT able to start all the VMs...I tried various orders...but only 2 of 3 VMs start

I even tried deleting and re-creating VMs but that hasn't helped the case. If I create a new VM in the same cloud service, it starts fine.

For all three VMs, it fails to start and gives an error "...VM is faulty"
