Unable to launch a virtual machine from an image

I'm unable to launch an image to a virtual machine

I followed the two information ( Unable to connect virtual machine & Unable to load the Virtual machine) in the same forum.

I noticed that two the Host name in the dashboard in empty
Looking for the solution
