Software bound to hardware?

Hi,

We are considering using an Azure cloud VM for running some software (License Manager). 
Thing is, the Licence Manager detects the hardware being used, and if changes happens to the hardware (I believe one change is accepted), the Licence Manager will stop working.

The  hardware being observed is:

• The VM UUID (The machine cannot be cloned)
• The MAC address (The network card cannot change)
• CPU type (The VM cannot be moved and run on a different physical host)

Will any of these potentially change?

Can you do anything to stop this from changing?
