windows Azure cloud service folder get refreshed after few days

Hi All

I have created a service for my application on windows azure.

I know we have to create the package and upload it to service but i did it through RDC.

I mean i just created RDc and and place my code in IIS root of azure server of my service.

path is  :   E>Siteroot>0>then paste the publish code of web role here.

Everything is working fine for me but the problem is that after few days my code at that location get refreshed with some older version of code ,it is wired behavior for me.

please anyone have any idea for this.
