Creating 20 VMs on Azure from PowerShell (Script)

Dear Gurus,

We need to create 20 VMs simultaneously on Microsoft Azure from PowerShell.
Can you please help to explain how can we do this from Script.
Appreciated if you please explain Step by Step.
From Market Place and from Uploaded Image.
