Help to open ports.

I been trying opening ports for a while but it doesn't works, the only single port that i can open is one that makes connection between me and server, like 22, 8839, 443 on PuTTY for example, but only one can be opened at a time. there is a screenshot wheres im opening ports unsuccessfully.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Sorry for my bad english.<img alt="" src="https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/getfile/1473798" />
