My Windows Server 2008 VM has been provisioning for 24+ hours. This is not a new VM. We set it up several months ago and have used it for development. I need to access it again, but every time I login to the management portal it says "Provisioning
in Progress". I can't restart it or download the RDP connection file. What can I do to make this machine work without loosing anything that is on it?
