Extra Large Role Virtual machine failed to start with error message "The operation cannot be performed because the virtual machine is faulted"

I have six servers running under the same network. All where running fine.

Shutdown and deallocated all the servers. (Shut servers down first and then shutdown and deallocated through the Azure Management Portal)

Started servers up and one of them failed to start with the error message above. If I go in and configure it to use the Large Role instead it starts up, but won't let me start up in the Extra Large Role.

Any ideas?
