I had an Azure account which got locked for some reason, I don't know why but it was just locked, I couldn't re enable it, I made a good 10 or more support tickets all resulting in "Sorry, we couldn't verify those details" - I had a few months of work on this VM which got disabled after around 20 days or so. The last ticket I made, the Microsoft workers re enabled the VM so that I could get the data back. The upload to services like Drive and such took too long and always crashed, so I used a file sharing website which temporarily hosts your files, in my case 7 days. Around 2 hours before this 7 days, I managed to make another account, unknowing that I could not do this (I suppose), I spent a lot of time setting everything up. I managed to download the files, Visual Studio Code, NodeJS, PostgreSQL and such. So now the files are only accessible here as the link on the file sharing website has been destroyed. Now I was continuing to work on my project. I added a *lot* of changes over some good hours - a *lot*. At a bit after 13:00 (GMT +1), I had received an email saying my account was disabled due to "A violation of terms and services". After some speculation, I came to the conclusion that this was due to making two accounts. Now what I am concerned about is the fact that if I can not make two accounts nor add subscriptions, how am I supposed to use Azure? I can't!! So I ask if my subscription on my current machine can be re enabled or if not, may I be allowed retrieve data also meaning I'll need to go somewhere else? All I just want now is to have my data back. I can't believe that I can't add subscriptions and my original account was disabled for absoultely no reason, and the team was unable to provide an answer why, after 10+ attempts. I ask here due to knowledge that the support team will most likely be of no help. Once again, I ask kindly if I can just retrieve the data.
