Unable to connect to VM after sysprep

Dear all,

There are 3 threads about this issue, but any of them include the solution

And now the email address iaasforum@microsoft.com is not available

I've tried all suggestions: new VM with image, new VM with disk

Please, someone could give me directions to connect to VM again
