I am unable to do nested virtualization via Hyper v ? Facing some component not running

I am trying to create a nested virtual machine inAzure VM that runningWindows 8 Server 2012<g class="gr_ gr_68 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Style replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="68" id="68">.I</g> have followed the official documentation but I am facing some errors.

After installing Hyper v, I am creating a virtual machine on it. But whenever I try to power on that virtual machine it gives me an error message

"Hyper v some component is not running unable to change state virtual machine id ---"

I have tried reinstalling Hyper v  but still, the issue is not solved. I have tried different solutions that available on the internet but still, error not solved.
