Are Azure Virtual Machine hard drive (or the entire VM) triple replicated? and does this mean that there 100% uptime?

Are Azure Virtual Machine hard drive (or the entire VM) triple replicated? 

Does this mean that there 100% uptime? (If a VM goes down, the other will take over instantly and automatically with the same data)
